1. We walk the site with you
Every lot is different. We look at what is growing, how much of it comes out, what needs to stay, and how our equipment gets in and out. Then you get a clear, itemized quote. Estimates are free.

2. We agree on what stays and what goes
Clearing does not have to mean bare ground. If there are healthy shade trees or a natural border worth keeping, we work around them. You decide, and we mark it out together before we start.

3. We clear the trees and brush
Our crew takes down the trees, cuts back the brush and undergrowth, and works through the lot in a controlled, organized way that protects what is left standing and the property around it.

4. We grind stumps and haul it off
If you want the stumps gone, we grind them. We clear the debris and haul it away, and leave you with a lot you can actually use. Keep the wood or chips if you want them, just say so.

A lot of clearing outfits treat every job like it is all or nothing. We do not. Often the best result keeps the mature trees that give a property its shade and character, and clears out the dead wood, the overgrowth, and the trees that are in the way.

How much does land clearing cost?
It depends on the size of the lot, how many trees come out, how thick the brush is, and how easily our equipment can reach it. We walk the site in person and give you a clear, itemized quote before we begin. Estimates are free.
Do you grind the stumps too?
Yes. Stump grinding can be part of the job so you are left with usable ground, not a lot full of stumps. Tell us during the estimate whether you want them ground down and we will include it.
Do you haul away the trees and brush?
Yes. We clear the debris and haul it off as part of the work. If you would rather keep the wood for firewood or the chips for mulch, just let us know and we will leave it.
Can you clear around trees I want to keep?
Absolutely. Clearing does not have to mean stripping the lot bare. We mark out the healthy trees and natural borders worth keeping and work around them, so you get usable space without losing the trees that matter.
